Why does it keep oscillating between 2nd, 3rd and 4th?

Every time I go offline I appear in 3rd place -- but one attack to DemonicJ drops be back down to 4th. Why is this?

Hello;

Something is still wrong... look at the rankings: http://www.noob-inc.com/galactic/ranks.php

I know that I have the most ATK power (second only to Bravo) yet kb is above me (who has 1,500,000 ATK) compared to my 2,250,000 ATK power. Why is this? It appears that the second I attack him he gets ranked higher... o_O
